CHSB Total Supply metrics#318

Update the CHSB metrics page on the website with Total Supply and Circulating Supply. Including what is held in Yield Reserve for paying out CHSB yield as this is not transparent. Add the team tokens of almost 200m CHSB and include the Development CHSB topkens held by SwissBorg. There are currently over 300m CHSB missing from the data metrics and users should be aware that 20% of all CHSB supply is held by team with another 100m CHSB held by the company. IF any of these team tokens or Development tokens are sold they should enter Circulating Supply and to this day, nothing has entered circulating supply. Still waiting for an update on how many team tokens have been sold.
