Participation in Referendums#319

The attached screengrab is from the SwissBorg website and has been ‘Coming Soon’ since 2020 when the website was redesigned and relauched with the SB APP. There has been little to no voting and it is supposed to be a core CHSB Utility. Last vote we had was on Protect& Choose but the change from Protoect&Burn to Protect&Choose for example was never voted on. When can we expect some real goverance to happen so the community can help shape SwissBorg? Would like to see in-App voting, surely that is possible even by replying to an in-app notification. When will Swissborg have some goverance as an advertised utility? Wen Referendum Voting?
