The Nr. 1 issue when i onboard new users to SwissBorg is the Deposit with the personal Identification nr. screen.
You label it as „REFERENCE“ see screenshot.
The problem is in all ebanking systems there is a reference field but its not where the personal id can be placed on, hence the payment got rejected.
And yes i saw the tooltip which describes for adding the Nr. in the Payments reason field. It’s so tricky because users See „REFERENCE“ always in the App and are confused by this.
SOLUTION
Change title from REFERENCE to PERSONAL ID (MESSAGE FIELD TO RECIPIENT)
Or something similar like this. I guess it’s a small change with a big positive impact for onboarding.
