Eth withdrawal to L2s#443

Many other platforms allow Ether withdrawal to L2s like Optimism and Arbitrum. I think it is about time that SB does this too.

Arbitrum Blockchain direct link to transfer assets would be an advantage

We need native eth withdrawals to L2s to be competitive. Arbitrum, optimism, base.

It would be convenient, time saver and hopefully priced competitively

That would be really nice!
