Huge Crypto mugging risk due to lack of withdrawal whitelisting#588

There is a significant increase of crypto mugging around the globe, where users are forced and threatened to unlock phone and crypto apps and transfer all funds to the muggers address. Swissborg currently has no protection at all against this kind of threat and therefore all funds are at significant risk. I strongly recommend to introduce a whitelisting feature so that any funds can only be withrawed to whitelisted crypto addresses and whitelisted bank IBANs. Adding a new crypto address or bank IBAN is subject to a waiting period (e.g. 72 hours) until it can be used to withdraw funds. Many apps and exchanges have this feature and the lack of it in Swissborg poses a signifcant risk for its users. Please implement this as top priority.

Failure to implement this feature is likely to cause users to significantly limit usage of the Swissborg app or not use it at all due to the risks involved and use other apps instead. Therefore implementing this feature should be seen as top priority for the management of the company as otherwise it has a negative business impact.

I don’t agree with that, We shouldn’t make the crypto world much more complicated as it already is because someone may once be forced to send coins to someone else.
