Publish/Share a custon thematic#600

We have a feature in the roadmap for “custom” thematic; this is an additional improvement, SB can create a ranking of “custom public thematics” with the best performance. Additionally, you can provide us the option to mirror public thematics, and a percentage during rebalance, can go to the owner (or you can donate any value to owner)… Compared with the SB’s thermatics this would require a notification to approve any modifications to the original thematic.

And please let us include coins from the Solana DEXs even if they are not yet listed on Swissborg
